Women's Studies introduces students to the methods, findings and ideas
which comprise contemporary feminism. As an interdisciplinary area of
study Women's Studies uses an Australian focus to examine the role of
gender in past and present society and culture, and uses an international
focus to address issues in feminist theory and gender relations in developing
societies.
